We had beautiful weather all week. Sunny, low-mid 60s, and the forecast for the day of the party was a 30% chance of rain. We got lucky though. I arrived at the park at 8:30am to pick out a spot & reserve it since we didn’t know how many other groups were gonna be there. Turns out I could have gotten there at 11am and still got a great spot. Oh well.
As far as I know nobody got really lost trying to get to the park, and all had fun. We got a little drizzle around 1pm, but it wasn’t too heavy & didn’t last long.
Then as we started getting everyone together to go ride the train, the rain hit, and it poured! We quickly cleaned up and headed home.
