2013This was an international engagement session. If I remember the story correctly, Laura is from Brazil, and now lives in Canada. Steven is from Canada and is out in the Bay Area for work temporarily. Our paths collided at Gray Whale Cove Beach in Pacifica. Images by the Bay Area Engagement Photographer Scott Mosher.
We all came to the beach expecting the nice valley weather we had been having, which was around 70-80 degrees. Driving through Pacifica it was nice and warm, but once I got out of the tunnel on Hwy 1 I was greeted with fog, clouds, cold, and A LOT of wind. When I mean a lot of wind, I’m talking wind that blows the sand so hard it scraps your skin. During our engagement session on the beach we were able to capture a variety of images from climbing rocks, laying in the sand, and me getting nice & dirty. When I pulled up to the parking lot and got out of my car at In n Out burger after I shook my pants and I swear half the beach sand came out.

2013Images by the San Jose Engagement Photographer Scott Mosher. I had the chance to photograph Sabrina & Randall for their engagement portraits in the Alviso & the Downtown San Jose areas. It worked out perfect since I was looking for a couple to try some ideas out, and they were in need of some engagement photos.
We started off their engagement portrait session at the Alviso Marina/County Park. We walked around a few different areas both on the dirt paths and on the boardwalks. After a little while there we headed over to the Marina for some final engagement photos on the marina itself before heading out to Downtown San Jose for the remainder of their session.
In Downtown San Jose we ended up going to the Plaza de Cesar Chavez and the Academy of Arts building.
