Its been nice getting to the local races again. I was able to make it out to the CCCX again, this time held at the old military base at Ft Ord.
It was a little cold and windy with some rain at the end, but I think we all had a blast. It wasn’t as cold for me as it was for others I believe since I shot about 10 hours of soccer the day before, and THAT day was cold! Of course, then it started to rain at the end, which I was secretly hoping for since I haven’t really shot a bike race in the rain before.
