Thanksgiving is a time to enjoy being with family & friends, as well as stuffing your face with lots of good food. I had scheduled this family shoot with the family for the day after Thanksgiving, and I woke up in the morning hearing the wonderful dripping of raindrops. We luckily had about a two hour window of no rain, and we were able to make it to Vasona, get the images done, and right as we were packing up it started raining on us.
After our photoshoot at the park we headed back to the house and did a few more portraits inside. We felt like the warm house would help get the two month old more comfortable. In the end we had a blast, and got a few extra photos with friends as well. A big thank you to my assistant Shane, who spent most of the time holding my reflectors and lugging my gear around.
At the end or session Laura & I noticed this wierd looking guy hanging out in the background. Laura got kinda freaked out until I realized it was just my assistant, Shane.
